The new “Paper Daisy” cocktail bar at 41 St Marks Place in the Village serves drink classics, such as an Old Fashioned (made with Rittenhouse rye whiskey, apple brandy, and Brazilian banana liqueur), and a new creation that blends matcha, cucumbers, and lemongrass into a gin drink. During the day, the warm, brick-walled space serves cafe fare and assorted small items.
